Osei Kwadwo Adow Esq. is a Private legal practitioner and a Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He is also currently a Member of a number of professional groups including the Ghana Journalists Association and the Ghana Bar Association.

He also serves as the Chairman, Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association. His areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Media Law, Politics and Development, Public Policy Analysis, Environmental Law, football matters and farming.
