Francis Andah brings over seven years of financial operations and management excellence to Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC). For almost eight years, he was the Finance Officer of Ghana Law Reform Commission (LRC), guiding the Commission on improving financial performance, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance, whiles inspiring teams and influencing growth.

He holds a Post Chartered Diploma in Public Financial Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), MBA in Accounting & Finance, BSc. in Banking and Finance from University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) and Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) from Institute of Professional Studies (IPS)

He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant; a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG) and Chartered institute of supply chain management (CISCM).

His core focus at PIAC is to:

Establish a fluid investor relationship with stakeholders
Ensure proficient financial reporting, treasury management and audit
To set internal control systems to purge the system for the smooth running of the company.
