Ms. Sena Dake is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow, and the Immediate Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, project management, policy development, compliance and auditing, organizational risk management, and transaction advisory services, complemented by a background in legal practice.

She has served in various leadership and technically demanding roles, including as Lead Risk Consultant on several complex construction and energy infrastructure projects in Ghana.

Ms. Dake joined the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC) in 2023 and served a two-year term (2023–2025). She has been re-nominated for one additional term. During her first term, she served on the Legal, Technical and Finance, Administration, Audit and Procurement (FAAP) Sub-Committees, where she notably chaired the FAAP Sub-Committee.
