Ms. Veronica Adigbo is a lawyer with 18 years of active practice, specializing in areas including Commercial Law, Compulsory acquisition, Mining, Personal injury, Labour and Human Rights.

She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in English & Theatre Arts and an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law and an LL.M from the International Maritime Law Institute, (IMLI, Malta).

Ms. Adigbo started her law practice at the Office of the Attorney-General, earning her stripes to her current rank as a Principal State Attorney.

She had an internship with the New York Office of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where she honed her skills in international Commercial Arbitration and Investment Disputes.

She served as a member of the first Governing Board of the Office of the Registrar of Companies and is currently a member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.

Ms. Adigbo also serves as the Attorney-General’s representative on the Committees of some key State institutions including Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, Ghana Maritime Authority and Ministry of Education.

She plays a significant role in developing the next generation of lawyers with her passion for mentoring interns, pupils and newly qualified lawyers.
